The development

The complex offers apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a terrace, solarium or private garden, depending on the unit. Many homes look out over the pink lagoon of Torrevieja. Los Balcones is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Torrevieja, close to the beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa. The communal area has a large swimming pool, green zones and parking.

The surroundings

Torrevieja, with about 90,000 inhabitants, is the largest town on the southern Costa Blanca. A large part of the population comes from northern Europe, and shops, restaurants, doctors and clubs are open all year round. The town has a harbour, a long promenade and the beaches Playa del Cura, Los Locos and La Mata. Behind the town are two salt lakes, one of them known for its pink colour. Torrevieja has its own hospital and the Habaneras shopping centre. Alicante airport is about 45 km away.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in May 2027. Three units are currently available, priced between 330,000 and 350,000 euros.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
