Residencial Alto de Vera is located in Pueblo Salinas, an urbanisation in Vera Playa, Almería province. The developer is building apartments, penthouses and villas here. Delivery is planned for November 2027.

The development

The apartment section comprises 60 homes spread over five low-rise blocks, with two homes per floor. Ground-floor homes have a private garden, the middle floors have spacious terraces and the top-floor penthouses have a large solarium with a summer kitchen and a pergola fitted with solar panels. Shared facilities include two outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool. Each home has its own parking space and storage room.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
