Villas Roldán Alto is located in Roldán, an area of Torre Pacheco in the region of Murcia. The developer is building semi-detached villas of one or two floors here. Delivery is planned for November 2026.

The development

The villas come in two configurations: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor with a solarium, or 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two floors with a large terrace. A summer kitchen is provided on the top floor, terrace or solarium, so you can enjoy the sun all year round. Each villa has its own garden with a pool and a parking space on the plot. The layout is open and contemporary, with a fully fitted kitchen and a living-dining room.

The pool is pre-installed for a heating system and has a solar shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with oven, microwave, fridge, integrated dishwasher, extractor hood and a wooden central island. There is LED lighting indoors and outdoors, lined wardrobes with drawers, and the bathrooms are fully fitted with a wall-hung toilet, shower screens, a vanity unit, a mirror with light and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning is pre-installed via ducts. The complex is gated and secured.

The surroundings

Torre Pacheco lies in the Campo de Cartagena, the flat farming plain of the Murcia region between the Mar Menor and the city of Murcia. The municipality consists of the main town and several smaller villages, including Roldán, each with its own centre with shops and schools. Around the villages are a number of large golf resorts. The Mar Menor, the large lagoon with shallow warm water, is about 15 km away. The hospital Los Arcos del Mar Menor is in San Javier, about 20 km away. Murcia airport at Corvera is about 20 km away, Alicante airport about 85 km.

Roldán is a traditional town with all the local amenities you will need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a clinic, a pharmacy, a police station, a petrol station, garages, dentists and doctors. The development is close to the beach, surrounded by services, parks, sports facilities and several golf courses. The La Torre and Terrazas golf courses are easy to reach.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is planned for November 2026. Two units are currently available, priced between 311,900 and 416,900 euros.

In a semi-detached new-build home you share one wall with your neighbours. A private garden and often a private pool are included, and there is usually no community fee for shared facilities.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
