The surroundings
Torre Pacheco lies in the Campo de Cartagena, the flat farming plain of the Murcia region between the Mar Menor and the city of Murcia. The municipality consists of the main town and several smaller villages, including Roldán, each with its own centre with shops and schools. Around the villages are a number of large golf resorts. The Mar Menor, the large lagoon with shallow warm water, is about 15 km away. The hospital Los Arcos del Mar Menor is in San Javier, about 20 km away. Murcia airport at Corvera is about 20 km away, Alicante airport about 85 km.
Roldán is a traditional town with all the local amenities you will need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a clinic, a pharmacy, a police station, a petrol station, garages, dentists and doctors. The development is close to the beach, surrounded by services, parks, sports facilities and several golf courses. The La Torre and Terrazas golf courses are easy to reach.

The development
